Let us start with maintenance...Once you request something to be fixed it takes them about three weeks to get someone in to your apartment and say that they will come back later with some parts that are being ordered for next week. Then a week later you would assume they would come back and fix your problem...NO!!! I have been living in the same apartment for about 4 months now and I have had maintenance come 3 times to fix my dishwasher, sink, and deadbolt on my front door. All 3 have yet to be fixed. Now let us move on to the front office staff...They are the most incompetent group of people I have ever met. They are the most rude and least informative of all apartment office staff. When me or any of my friends walk into the office and try to talk to someone to get information they just look at you and assume you know as much as they do about the complex. You literally have to pry information out of them to get what you are looking for. All in all I would not recommend this place. Go somewhere else and save yourselves from months of frustration. Stay away from this place with broken mirrors, dishwashers, front doors, sinks, ceiling lights, beds, desks, washers and dryers, ovens, and toilets. Oh, and if you talk to Chelsea at the front don't fall for anything she pulls on the first day you meet her. The day you sign the contract she becomes the most unhelpful B**** in the whole complex.

Hmm that's interesting. Chelsea did not bother to call me on 4 separate occasions when I got packages. I guess you are just one of those lucky few who get superior treatment by the staff. Let me guess... you hang out with her and other staff often. If not then how would she know about the surgery right. So you get treated nicely because you are a friend, but the rest of us who have other things to do and don't particularly want to know staff that personally get the shaft.

Hmm that's interesting. Chelsea has always been really nice and helpful to me. She has called me when I had a package and sent my roommate cookies and balloons when she had surgery.

Well I used to be a C.A. and the package delivery company is the one that's supposed to notify you when you have a package. The C.A.'s sometimes do it as a convenience when it's been there for a few days.

Personally, I think that you are just finding excuses to blame others for your miserable life! I live here in the Reserve and anytime I have filed maintenence requests they have completed them within 2 days at the latest. Anytime I call the office or go inside with questions they are always happy to help me and Chelsea which i believe is the leasing manager is such a sweet lady you must of just been an ass to her one day or something because I have never once witnessed her treating any residents bad.

The place really is a hell hole. Horrible management and it is so trashy. If it were a low income housing project, the government would close it down. Best of luck to you who got stuck with a long term lease.

I totally agree w you they are all so rude the main lady like the older one is such a B**** the people in the office are like 20 and dont know anything they are talking about.... everything is fallin apart in my apartment and they do nothing about it
