First of all, living here was a last resort. But I was assured that this would be a great place to live. It seemed to be at first. For the first few weeks, it was quiet and the parking lot was clean. That did not last. First of all, there is no time limit for the basketball court, tennis court, or pool and people can be as loud as they want. If you call to complain, chances are, nothing will be done about it. The parking lot is COVERED in glass because people get drunk and leave bottles or throw bottles onto the lot. The walls are thin so you hear EVERYTHING that your neighbor is doing. The maintenance is also rude, unintelligible, and slow. They come into your apartment when you are not there to fix whatever problem there is. The manager that is a guy is quite possibly the rudest man I have ever met. He has no respect for any of his residents unless they are party-ers. The girls in the front do not care about what you have to say and get rude when you ask them to do something. They were also rude to my mother when she called to complain about my safety. This is an awful place to live, so do yourself a favor and stay away from here. I'm moving to another apartment complex next semester that has one of the highest ratings in Lubbock and believe me, I will never look back here and I will tell anyone who will listen to stay away from The Reserve on Frankford.
