Honestly, I have loved living at the Reserve. Yes, they have responded slowly to some of my maintenance requests, but the price is amazing, my friends live here too, and I have a great time at all the events they host. It surprises me that people get on here and have so many problems, but I think it just depends sometimes. Not a fan of the "gate checks" during the ATM game, but its not a huge problem for me. well, thats about it.

The slow response to work orders is the least of the problems with this place. The hot tub is never turned on. When asked about it the staff told me that they did not know how to turn it on. The same was told to me about the tennis court lights. The apartments were dirty during move in and the staff, save a couple of people, are rude all the time.
