Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007
 
Was just checking the reviews to see if I was the only one who hated this apartment! We've had broken toilets, soiled carpet, bad drainage, roaches, ants, SQUIRRELS, and my favorite was when I was relaxing by the patio door and a piece of siding fell off the building.
Rude mgmt, slow maintenance, and OBSCENE pet deposit of $400. I'd be surprised if my whole unit was worth $400!
