These are your typical college style apartments. I was in a four bedroom, four bath with individual leases. The apartments themselves are very nice, and if something was ever broken, the maintenance staff was very quick to come and fix it. However, the management and other staff are absolutely terrible. They tried to charge me three times for leaving trash outside. My apartment was next to a storage unit where people that were too lazy to take their trash out would put it. They tried to charge one of my friends for the same thing, but when he told them about it they said it was a "glitch in their system." Basically, the management is completely incompetent and needs to get on the same page.
Also, when they announced the renewal rates, they were approx. $75 higher than I was paying at the time, so I decided to move. They later lowered them because no one was signing leases.
Another huge problem is that there are parties pretty much every night of the week. I live right next to the volleyball court and would hear people blasting music, drunk, playing volleyball at 4 in the morning (on a weeknight.) I've also had to swerve out of the way on many Friday and Saturday nights due to drunk drivers. If you want a quiet apartment, this place is NOT for you. It is your typical college apartment with tons of frat guys and sorority girls. I have also had the pleasure of having a drunk guy climb over my balcony and bang on my sliding door, trying to get in. Thank god I had it locked.

The apartments themselves are very nice but the girls that work in the office are awful! They are rude and not very helpful...many occasions i have come up to the office and waited quite awhile to even be acknowledged...my friend's apt is having a problem with mice and when they complained to the office they told them that it was because of the weather and there was nothing they could do about it...I'm sorry that just unsanitary to not get exterminators up there to solve the problem! I see it has just being lazy! I have had many conversations with residences in the complex who are very unhappy with people in the office...The apt are loud but it is tolerable...but what i hate is how the parking lot is set up...while there is plenty of parking...i have had a few almost head on collisions with other cars coming around corners...it is almost impossible for two cars to pass each other...one last complaint... the pool seems to be locked up more months out of the year than open which is a shame because i love sitting out there talking on the phone...looks like i won't be renewing my lease but honestly i could deal with everything if the people in the office were just nicer...something that could easily be fixed!
