I have lived at the UC for the past two years. I absolutly love it here and would not recommend any where else in Lubbock. If I could live at the UC for ever I would. The office staff was always willing to help with every problem I had. They always helped out when I was in a bind. I made wonderful friends while living at the UC at all the functions the staff put on for their tenants. I also loved how safe I always feel. The maintenance staff was always very fast and friendly. I loved when they would come because they were so nice. THe office staff never seemed like they were out to get anyone they always seemed more than willing to help if their was ever a problem. The amentities are always well kept and everyone takes full advantage of them. They have fun pool parties that are the best in Lubbock. If you are needing a place to live I recommend the UC.
