Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2008
 
Ive lived here at Courtyard for 2 years. I have had none of the previous issues. My internet has worked perfectly and I have never had a problem with noise. Obviously you will have some parties on the weekend but most people seem to keep it down. This is a very fun place to live. The pool parties are great and cant be beat. I would live here for another year if I wasnt graduating.
