I have been a resident at uc for the past year and a half. When I first moved in the staff was really friendly, helpful and the apartment complex was really nice and kept up with. Whenever I had an issue the office manager and staff always went out of their way to help. I do not know what has happened over the past few months but this place has turned into a dump. I cannot even walk out my front door without stepping on trash, puke or dog ----! I have complained and put multiple work orders in, no one seems to care. I even spoke to one of the managers a few weeks back and she said "IT IS A COLLEGE APARTMENT COMPLEX, WHAT DO YOU EXPECT!" I was very offended by her remarks and it seemed a little unprofessional. When I moved in I would have given this place a 10 and referred it to all of my friends, but now I CANNOT WAIT TO MOVE OUT! I don't know what has happened but until they get a new staff who cares about their residents and how the uc looks "DON'T LIVE HERE'!

haha, but seriously.. it is a college apartment, what do you expect after a weekend of partying?
