Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2008
I lived here from august '07 to July '08. My roommate and I moved out early(in June) and left our apartment spotless. 3 months after our lease ended they send us a bill for 800$ in damages and send us pictures of an apartment with a hole in the wall, stained carpeting, and the sliding door blinds chewed up(We do not have a dog..) and left in the closet. I have heard from other people that that use people's apartments for parties if they move out early and charge them for any damages. Also, I'm convinced that the collective IQ of the people who work in the front office is about 85. DO NOT LIVE HERE. You will regret it.
