These people placed a minor in a unit with legal aged individuals which resulted in problems. The management takes no accountability for the situations they create. If you get stuck in a similar situation your only way to get out will be to have someone else assume your lease. Good luck with that after the school year starts. If you decide to lease from these people examine the unit you will be living before signing anything. Also take lots of photos of the unit to prove move in condition. Insist that you be provided with information on the others in the unit, their ages, purpose for being in Lubbock, school to be attended if applicable, social characteristics, etc..
