I've lived at University Courtyard since August of '07 and recently signed for my 3rd year! The maitenance staff is absolutely wonderful; if you have an urgent problem on the weekend (Such as AC breaking) they have staff on-call whom fix is the day of, and they normally respond within a few hours during the weekdays to any issues you're experiencing. The management seems to genuinely care about the needs of the residents as well. I definitely recommend living here!
