This apartment complex is the best place I have ever lived in Lubbock. (I'm comparing this to the Centre, Pointe, and Trails). The rent is decently priced and you get a lot. The apartments come furnished, which doesn't look cheap, as well as washer and dryers in every unit (This is great because renting them at the centre was not cheap). The pool is well kept and the work out facility is large and functional. The past office staff wasn't helpful, but that has changed in the [ast few months with a whole new staff. I renewed my lease and will most likely renew next year as well. k6tKKzmJrmATU2ap682S
