As a former employee I know how they work. They dont care about the individual, they only see money. They offer things that dont exist. For example, a heated pool, yet the pool pipes are melted, so it doesnt heat, (and god knows the last time they checked the water levels...). Internet on the fritz every now and then but its still new. Maintenance requests take forever, might well fix it yourself. The tour room is fixed up nice, but the room you get is like an old prison painted white. Heres acouple things they dont tell you, there not liable for anything. If the parking gate falls on your vehicle, too bad. If wiring goes bad and burns your room, too bad. Management is horrible as well. Recently they made an entire wing of incoming freshman move after a month of settling in. The reason was that they were gonna do renovations. After the move, it turned out the renovations were put on hold.....Too bad.... Heres another one, parking, have fun, this one goes hand in hand with lack of security. If your car gets broken into, have fun with the cameras, none of them do any good, some of them point to like walls and stuff. No one watches them as well. If your desperate (which is what drives people here) its I guess somewhat reasonable, but not worth it in the long run. Everything is a front here. Oh, and avoid working here, if you dont kiss butt so much its sickening, you wont last. Oh, as far as looking as this place as an establishment that build a community amongst its guests (because of the RA's) forget about it, being a former one (i was the only one that did) and i got the boot, because I didnt kiss the butt. ALL in all, avoid this place if you can seriously.
