I would not at all recommend living here. When you tour the complex it seems like a great place to live, but unfortunately not.
Construction is awful...They start one project and start another without finishing the first and is left unfinished for months. It took me three weeks to get my work order completed and the only reason it did was because I had to stand and wait in the office for twenty minutes. The managing staff is not any good. They have students running the office and it seems that the owner has now lost ownership. The apartments are very small and you pay way to much for them.
They used to have guards sit at the front every night and now they don't even lock the doors. Anyone can just walk in and out. I often see people not living there swimming in pools or sitting in lobby. Very weird.
The parking garage is too small for big vehicles. There is always someone running into another car. Since I have moved in there was suppose to be gates on the entrances, and after a year there still is none. There is spray paint all inside on the walls and suspicious people just walking through. VERY UNSAFE!!! And for the towing company, they tow cars even if they have stickers on there car. They don't look and just tow. The office just says that they are not responsible even when they were the ones that have hired the tow company.
However, the really only good thing about living in U-Lofts is that it is right across the street from Tech, and is a block away from Broadway.
