Whatever you do, do not rent at this complex. While the initial construction itself may have been done fine, this complex is incompetently managed, and not maintained at all. The buildings with the largest occupancy have the least amount of parking, causing a nightly battle for parking. This normally results in residents getting their vehicles towed on a nightly basis.
The management at this complex has lost my rent check on THREE SEPARATE OCCASIONS. They are completely unwilling to acknowledge their own incompetence, and they only dropped the late fees incurred by their loss of rent when I threatened legal action to the regional manager. In each case, I had proof that the rent check was delivered (and in the latter two cases signed for), and they still manage to mysteriously fail to receive it. They promptly send you a notice that you failed to pay, and try to charge you large amounts in late fees. This is either complete incompetence OR A BLATANT SCAM!
While the initial construction may look nice, it has deteriorated rapidly and has not been maintained. It would amaze me if this complex is up to code at all. The furnishings are cheap and worn down. The so-called "HDTV" that is included in the room in our case was partially broken, and has a horrific picture that is worse than many of the old rear-projection TVs. It took 8 months for them to replace a stopper in my sink that was missing on the day I moved in. The blinds in my apartment were slightly damaged when I moved in, which they later accused us of damaging, and charged us in full.

Do NOT rent at this complex. The only word that can describe it is a scam.
