It's a good place to live with some friends and the location is especially nice for students. One of the major drawbacks, however, is the internet. They claim to have T1 internet connection with high speed connectivity, but this is impossible. I have to restart my router at least 10 times a week, and even plugged in the wall my roommates can't get to half of the sites they need to. Internet should be one of the most up to date features for an apartment complex that is mainly used by college students. I cannot express how angry I get when trying to do research in my own apartment. The complex can be a bit noisy, but that's to be expected. You do get to meet some cool people though.
