Well I thought it was great, but then when I went to move in, the apartment was filthy, had broken furniture, it took several hours to get someone to even clean the apartment and put it in a condition that was promised... they broke the lease probably three times, ironically. The neighbors are horrible, their music is so loud, pictures have fallen off the wall, when we called to complain the office said they had never recorded a complaint before. We have had to call the police. I understand that it's a college apartment but music that loud at 3 AM on the night before finals is ridiculous. You have to pull teeth and nails to get the office staff to accomplish anything. I filled out multiple service requests months ago and still have had no response. The price is reasonable but I'd go live somewhere else for just a little more.

I learning the misrepresentation of the leasing office to hook renters that are young and being taken advantage of. $21,000 is a lot of money to pay for 1 year of rent. At that price they should have new furniture in each unit. That is the information feed to them when they inspected the apartments. New Leather furniture was to be in each unit. Dirty and stinky stained fabric on couch. We decided to remove bed and ship his own to him due to unsanitary condition. The apartment manager refused to let me finish my sentence when checking on the problems in my sons apartment. I politely asked him to wait for me to complete my sentence and take turns talking. Response from him was that I was interupting him. After that he still refused to let me complete my sentence. What a ___________not courteous manager
