Do not, under any circumstances, rent from this complex. I am trying to get out of my lease since my job is forcing me to move to Louisiana and the management is forcing me to pay not only the releting fee of 800 bucks but is also making me pay the remainder of rent on my lease. Oh, wait, excuse me..... I can get part of that back if they rent my apartment out to someone else. Now who in their right mind would rent out an apartment when they already screwed someone else out of their money for that same apartment......
The management is crooked and greedy. Renters beware. Also know that the management company that ownes the complex is Stellar Development, these bastards are crooked too. If you go to rent from any complexes in town managed by this company tell them to go f*** themselves.
Besides having to deal with unbelievably poor management you have to deal with ever increasing rent, old household hardware (1973 model air conditioners, water heaters that hold enough for one person to take a shower, a quick shower, and not a single silverware drawer in the kitchen!)
If you have any brains you will never rent from this place.
Oh, and since I will be in Louisiana from now on, if anyone wouldn't mind could you give the management a nice fruit basket for me' And I ain't talking about apples and oranges!

I ve been in the apartment industry for 6 years and notat all with this company. But maybe people should read the lease more carefully! TAA makes the leases not property owners. Granted the apt community is supposed to mitigate your apartment to be ready and shown first but cannot steer people to lease if there are other options they'd rather have.Have the community shopped by fair housing if you're that concerned

this person was crazy, you can't expect to get out of a lease because your job transfers you somewhere else. Read the fine print, it's in your lease, no one says that you have to sign it. I have shopped this complex before and like it, it is very quiet and well kept, office is always open during business hours and everyone there seems to be happy living there.

If this person had read their lease they would know what and what couldn't be done if it needed to be broken.
As for the comments on old appliances and lack of hot water because of the small water heater, etc. Well, I had a brand new dishwasher which I might add is most quiet and the hot water heater....I can wash three loads of clothes, take and long shower and never run out of hot water. I NEVER ran out of hot water.
Ever increasing rent comment, I would have no idea what this person is speaking of. With my three renewals at the Enclave, the rent increase was only 3%. Very nominal if you ask me. Stellar has been a good management company.

Actually, you can expect to be released from your lease, if your job transfers you out of the area. This is the law in many states. Strikes me that the responses to this post have been made by the apartment complex management.
