I don't have anything bad to say about my time spent at waterford place appartments. The manager and office staff were friendly and always able to help us out. The maintenance staff were fiendly and really knew what they were doing. All my neighbors were cool and it was a much quieter place to live than the other student properties I've had the misfortune to live at; not to mention cheaper. The outside of the property looks old and could use a facelift but the insides were roomy and well kept. I heard from a neighbor that they are upgrading some of the appartments now. I wish I didn't have to move back to Dallas!!!
