This place is good for someone who is on their own for the first time. My apartment has a fireplace and a private balcony. The price is fair. The management is very flexible and understanding. They don't allow noisy people which is good for serious students like myself. I would recommend it. The only bad thing is the tiny parking lot. Also, they have only one laundry room which is very small. It only has about eight washer and four dryers and two of the dryers don't work.
