	Friendly staff and high quality maintenance. I read 7/7/09 review and my experience has been exactly the opposite. Very quiet, great place for students or families. I would recommend this place to anyone.

	This place is just trash.........there is always noise and it's never peaceful, the management staff is a joke. Honesty it's not worth even looking at!!!

	This is the most cost effective community I have found in Lufkin. It is definitely worth every penny! The office staff is great and the service team is also!

	This is a super place to live. Very friendly staff. Maintenece is not only friendly, but respond very quickly. Usually the same day problem is reported.
