Very often negative comments posted on this website are by residents who have been evicted for non-payment of rent or other lease violations or who have never actually lived in the community. Be cautious in assuming the truthfulness of postings by anonymous persons who refuse to disclose their identity. I would think that visiting with current residents onsite is a more reliable method of obtaining third-party opinions about an apartment community and it's management.

We refuse to share our identity on here out of concern that we may be targeted by management (ie. lack of service, eviction, etc). We share what we will. However, all should be wary of management's posts on here since they aren't supposed to be allowed. The fact that they would break this rule shows what kind of people run this apartment. By the way, you say "Be cautious in assuming the truthfulness of postings by anonymous persons who refuse to disclose their identity." Not that it matters (since we all know who you are, ------), but you chose to remain anonymous as well. Good job.

------, please take heed, you run a large property but your tenants are individules and should be treated as such if you want better reviews. Do a resident survey and have everyone put their responses in the night drop. Take the results and make the neccessary changes to please the residents. You could start with an apology to your residents and some training with your staff. You lead by example and they don't have a very good example to go by. Treat people the way you want to be treated. Based on the rent prices most of us work hard to make our money and we give it to you for a place to live. We are your customers and we should be feeling very satisfied with the service we are paying for. If a mistake is made, by your staff, teach them to apologise for their mistake, no one is perfect but don't point blame at the hand $$$ that feeds you. We deserve better. ------, the property looks beautiful but you make it ugly when the staff is not well liked.

Just to clear some things up- my name is Amy and I am a real live tenant and have my own opinions and just bacause they differ from others does not make them any less valid. Maybe the real issue here is that some of the tenants are too judgemental.
