I moved here this past March and I can't believe what a deal I found. It is an "income guidelines" apartment complex, but let me tell you, it's nothing like section 8. No drug dealers hanging out in the parking lot, Mansfield police is hardly ever in here, and it's quiet no matter what time of the day you're here. The apartments are a little dated, but for under $400.00 a month, you can't expect designer accents. Shopping is minutes away, and there's tons of restaurants and medical facilities nearby. Definitely come check this place out - it's safe, quiet, affordable, and convenient.
