If you have children who like to play outside until after midnight without their parents and don't mind stepping over a couple making out on your stairs or the weekly changing of Hispanic speaking men in the next apartment (they are polite and quiet though), this is the place for you. Apparently 10 o'clock curfews mean nothing here. Hopefully you also don't like washing your clothes since the washers are $1.50 each (only if working now) and diaper residue is present.

This manager is friendly (not like the last one on drugs) but her major goal is 100% occupancy (almost there). She also does not live onsite or list her home phone number for problems (why should she be awakened'). The emergency number takes hours to call back.

I'm really tired now, (five hrs. of sleep doesn't seem to be enough) but I'll be losing one job soon because of lack of sleep and will have plenty of time to write more (like the criminal background checks for employees who come into the apartments).
