This place sucks!

Years at this apartment: 2008 - 2008
 
No wall insulation.
10 kids screaming and on skateboards until 10:30 or later at night.
Cars hit by kids bikes and skateboards.
Beer bottles and cans in parking lot in the morning.
Maintenance staff is questionable.
Outer building has cracks in walls.
Police make frequent visits.
Homeless guy tries to break into apts. during the day.
Washers broken for long periods of time. Money is not refunded on washers with no signs.
