Water Bills, Parking and Management

Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007
 
You are lucky if you receive a water bill here and can find a place to park near your apartment after 5:00 p.m. If you don't receive a water bill, no problem the Management will send you an eviction notice and tack on late charges. Also, the crime here is on the increase.
