Parking: Not a real issue unless you have neighbors who have boats or huge vehicles. These type of residents think that it's ok to park sideways and take up many spaces. Most of the time, it is ok.

Noise: Before school is over and after bedtime, it is obviously quieter. Many residents let their children run around and play as they please, even if this is in the middle of the streets. Be careful driving!!

Grounds: I feel safe during the day walking around and running on the grounds. Trash pick up has gotten worse, because people don't pick up their trash. I see more and more beer bottles and that worries me about the type of residents that are moving in.

Safety: Well it seems like almost every weekend that the cops (PLURAL) have to come out here for something. One time specifically I was scared when I saw multiple squad cars roaming the complex looking for someone. I have not once recieved a crime report like some other complexes will send out to residents. The complex is not well lit at all. In the daytime, I feel very safe.

Construction: Little things like trees that need to be trimmed over the mailbox walkway and some shrubs that block the view of walkways are a bother. The trash compactor is very gross on the weekends.

Maintenance: I have had a few problems with this area... I think it mostly lies in the exchange between the office staff and the maintenance guys.

Staff: Used to be so friendly and helpful. This was one thing that made me want to live here. Not so much lately. Seem very put out to answer questions. Customer service and appreciativeness of residents has gone way down. Upkeep and promtness of service are an issue.

Overall: It is a very sad thing to feel like when you moved to a place that you would like to call your home and you just don't feel that way anymore. I would have to say that this is a place that I would NOT reccomend to anyone that values safety, customer service. I think the website and demeanor of the staff is misleading to potential renters.
