I have lived here for about 5 months now and I love it! The office staff is always very nice and helpful, unlike most other places I have lived where they always seem to make you feel bad for even walking in the office! Also, maintenance is great, whenever I have something that needs to get done it is either done the same day or the next day and they are also really good about letting you know what they did when they were in the apartment if you aren't home when they fix it.
It is really quiet here too. I have never heard anyone upstairs from me or next to me this whole time. Now, parking can sometimes be tricky... but as long as you have a carport you are in good shape, but that is the same at any apartment. I read a lot of the reviews before I decided to lease here and I have never had any of the issues those people have had (like the water bills, I always get mine on time).
I just wanted to let you all know how great this place really is becasue I know a lot of people get on here and write about places when they are mad about something. I would hate for someone to miss out on a great apartment just becasue someone had a bad day! =)
