This is a great location if you need to be proximate to both the gulf coast (via 288) and Houston.
It is very new construction, so the apartments are clean and I have had no problems with theft and feel generally very comfortable around the apartment at any time of day or night.
There are quite a few families, whose children play in the pool, and some younger adults who hang out at the pool.
It's also just down the street from all the Pearland shopping on 518.

The location is good and the only reason I signed my lease. As for the pool, it is mainly saturated with loud and rude teenagers and all their friends which doesn't make for a nice environment to go and relax.
