Over all the place is quiet. Occasionally you have people hanging out and making a lot of noise. That isnt really a problem. The problem is with the PARKING. Good luck trying to find a parking space after midnight on the weekdays. I dont get off work and home until around that time. I have to park on the other side of the complex or find a creative way to park. They were towing cars at one point, but not sure if they're doing that anymore. The gates always seem to be broken. So much for a gated community.
