I moved out of Cobblestone and two months later I got slapped with a $2000 bill for carpet. The carpet was new when I moved in but outside of normal wear and tear, they wanted to charge me to put in brand new carpet.
NEEDLESS TO SAY AFTER THE HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE I HAD THERE, THEY WONT GET A DIME!

Contrary to popular belief, apartments don't just slap you with a bill. Anyone who is charged to replace carpet, especially carpet that was new when they moved in was probably very nasty or had a pet that damaged the unit. Carpet is expensive and properties don't just replace it on a whim. I'm sure this property will be happy to send you to collections for the amount you owe.

You can say whatever you want, but when you are dealing with a dishonest management team that got pissed off because a lot of people were moving out, that was their way of retaliating, you didn't have my experience, I did, and I know what condition the carpet was in, the management staff was rude and non-professional and still apparently can't pull things together, such nice apartments in a nice area, but horrible management will lead to complaints after complaints! They still wont get a dime collections or no collections!
