I AGREE WITH ALL THE COMMENTS ABOUT COBBLESTONE. PARKING SUCKS, YOU CANNOT HAVE GUEST AT BASKETBALL COURT OR GYM ETC, THE STAFF SUCKS, ------IS PART OF THE STAFF AND JUDGES EVERYBODYS KIDS BUT HER OWN, HER SON IS THE WORST KID THERE. MAITENANCE TAKES ABOUT 2WKS TO CHANGE A FILTER. TRASH IS ALWAYS OVERFLOWING. I CAN GO ON AND ON, DO NOT RENT HERE

To Anonymous -- I truly understand your frustrations, but people should ask questions about parking, amenities, etc. BEFORE signing the lease. I have lived in CP for over a year now and have had no problems other than water came in one wall/carpet from the hurricane and CP fixed the problem immediately. Now I do have an attached garage, but I choose to pay the extra because of parking issues. As far as the amenities, I agree with the rules b/c normally it's outsiders who choose to mess up gym, etc., then when that happens, the tenants who pay for the conveniences can't use them. That is not fair. Maintenance ask tenants to put the trash in the bin, but they cannot make them do it, so therefore trash will be outside the bin. As far as the kids, I love kids, but I also pay alot in rent and I don't want anybody's kids acting up, period, I don't care who they belong to. Make your kids behave or move. Good luck with finding a nicer apt. in Pearland or the surrounding areas, not a one will be better than CP, trust me, I have looked. Even the new apts. on 2234, you pay an arm and a leg and they still have problems. Please know that this response is not meant to be offensive.

I have been reading with curiosity with the recent postings by you two and many others in the last month or so. However, as not being from this area, but having an objective opinion, I must say that this complex is without a doubt ran poorly. As for the kids, I have two toddlers myself and have personally seen other tenant???s kids in the gym acting up and told the leasing office to no avail. I only wish it was as simple as saying it's those outsiders doing the damage, which is not the case. (I see the same kids going in and out the apts weekly. Nevertheless, I see no reason apologize for a complex that does not strive to maintain value and professionalism at all costs. Maybe I have been a homeowner too long prior to being transferred to Houston, which is why I see this complex as an imperfect model. The garbage situation is a farce because even if you wanted to dispose of the trash correctly the small opening forces you to physically push it with your hands or feet. Besides, when everyone does attempt to take out the trash, rather than leaving it outside their door, it increasing the problem. Thus, CP is not an example of a great place to live by an objective person that has lived here over a year???leaving soon.
