I must admit, I believe Cobblestone Park Apartments should receive a better rating and here's why: the parking has gotten about 90% better; the maintenance is about the same, could be better; there is no more construction which is a great thing; the noise level is very minimal and I live near the back; the grounds are always nicely kept and the grass is always cut. When it comes to safety, a few incidents have happened that made me question it, but it's not the manager's nor the staff's fault. I just watch my back at all times, and I normally walk the property with my big, bad, dog!!! The office staff are nice people, every now and then you can catch one of them on a bad day, but overall, they are nice. So in saying this, I believe the rating should be better than a 41% - that's bull.
