Great Place to live I live in the new phase and it is great. Robyn in the office is great and very knowledgable. I have lived other places in the area and they do not even compare. I learned the hard way. Pay for what you get.

THESE APTS ARE WACK I AGREE WITH ALL THE COMMENTS ABOUT COBBLESTONE. PARKING SUCKS, YOU CANNOT HAVE GUEST AT BASKETBALL COURT OR GYM ETC, THE STAFF SUCKS, ------IS PART OF THE STAFF AND JUDGES EVERYBODYS KIDS BUT HER OWN, HER SON IS THE WORST KID THERE. MAITENANCE TAKES ABOUT 2WKS

Lived for year C- Parking was a nightmare. Staff was great at first but then they could care less as long as you get your rent in. Very pricey for the Sq ft you get. I enjoyed the basketball courts until they let hoodlems into it and didnt try to stop them.

Dangerous Place To Live Within one month of living here there has been three car break ins. The glass is still out on the parking lot for one of them and it has been over a week. There also was a gunshot fired that involved an injury. Too much crime for the money. Mngmt's answer is to remind

If you move out BEWARE! I moved out of Cobblestone and two months later I got slapped with a $2000 bill for carpet. The carpet was new when I moved in but outside of normal wear and tear, they wanted to charge me to put in brand new carpet.

No place to park Over all the place is quiet. Occasionally you have people hanging out and making a lot of noise. That isnt really a problem. The problem is with the PARKING. Good luck trying to find a parking space after midnight on the weekdays. I dont get off work and home until around that

poop AND parking well what can i say if someone needed help there would be none, can't drive thru the complex because so many people park on the curbs, and you have to park so far away from your apartment, but don't worry you are rewarded with stepping in a giant pile of dog
