IT'S COOLER OUTSIDE.

THE WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD IN MY LIFE. MR. LEE DOESN'T RESPOND TO EMERGENCY REPAIRS - I MEAN AIR CONDITIONING SYSTEMS GOES OUT FIVE TO SIX TIMES EACH YEAR.
MICE ARE A PROBLEM AND I LIVED ON THE SECOND LEVEL.
THE CARPET IS OLD, STAINED AND SMELLY. THE WALLS WERE NEVER PAINTED. THE TENANTS ARE NOISY AND THE POLICE FREQUENT THE PROPERTY. PARKING IS A NIGHTMARE.
LANDSCAPING IS NEVER MOWED, TRASHY.....
