Ive been living here for a year and didnt have any real complaints. I paid the rent on time every month. Two months ago, the ceiling in the bathroom started to leak and black mold began to grow. Shortly after the roof in MY bedroom started leaking and again black mold grew. I called the manager several times to do something, he would tell me that he would come the following day but never showed. I finally had to call him screaming because i was sick (probably because of the mold) and had to threaten that i would get a lawer if he didnt fix the problem. Now, two months later i have a huge hole in my bedroom ceiling, a crappy patch job (not finished might i add) in the bathroom and im having to sleep in the living room because he told me that him fixing the room would make a big mess and it would be easier to sleep in the living room so as to avoid having to clean off the bed of debris. And im stuck paying the regular rent when instead of 2 bedroom and 1.5 bath, i have one bedroom a bathroom and a glorified closet. Now, im wanting ot move and they are refusing to answer my questions about getting my deposit back. The parking sucks, and the neighbors are always outside drinking beer and listening to music/talking loudly. You are better off living in a box.
