Worse than hell itself

Years at this apartment: 1994 - 1995
 
Managment sucked...lady was rude and an a real jerk...her husband was the "maintenance" guy...VERY CREEPY...dishwasher stopped up for 2 weeks, poor workmanship, noisy neighbors, would rather have lived in a box.
