I have several things of mine ruined b/c of poor maintenance in this apartment complex. The manager said that everybody has been experiencing this. Poor air conditioning/ heating/ washer & dryer (has ruined several peoples clothes with oil leaks)/ and bad plumbing. Also, it is hard to get ahold of anyone in case of emergency. If anything you have is ruined b/c of poor maintenance in apt., you will have no help/ support in the matter. I was told that I should have gotten renters insurance. Wasn't told this before I moved in. Now my new things are ruined.

When I moved in to this apt home, I was required to buy renters insurance. The washer/dryers are not owned by the complex but I remember the manager in good faith gave one of the residents a rent concession for oil spots on their clothes not caused by the laundry machines. I also know that there is a 24 hour emergency maintenance number for all the residents because I have used it.
