We lived here for only a month or two, but we had several problems. For one, the water faucet in the kitchen flew off (literally) and almost hit my husband. Then the sink leaked all over the living room and totally messed up or stuff. The 1 bedroom is REALLY small. There were neat places to walk and the people were nice, but there are MUCH better places to live in Marshall for that price.

We lived there for 2 years and it was awful. My daughter has seizures and the AC did not work fully in the summer. We lived on the 2nd story and it stay around 85 degrees inside and that's witht he AC running and 6 fans as well {which is what management reccommeneded we do}. The hot water heater busted and they did not replace it just rigged it. My dishwasher went out and it took them 2 weeks to get me a new one. My stove went out and it took them over a week to get me a new one. The roof leaked. It was AWFUL. I wouldn't reccomment this place to my dog. Our neighbors that reside there still, her husband is disabled and they will not accomidate him for anything.
