My roommates and I have lived here nearly a month. We have roaches our carpets are very badly staind holes behind our icebox and bad pach work on holes in the walls and pour paint touch ups. The lady down stairs is always yelling at her kids and the kids run around wild. Oh one other thing when you step out of your car watch out for needles on the ground. The Manager is very nice, but that is about it. My advice, go next door to Ryan's Crossing.
