Now called PineWood Apartments - I've moved here in 2009 and I love my apartment very much. They have an exterminator that comes often, and a laundry room open until 10pm. Laura took over the apartments and she has worked hard to improve conditions. avoid stone creek if u can!! Apartments are to small, cost to much, everything leaks, high electricity bills, upstairs air conditioning suxs and the handyman said it was due to the building being built wrong. Constant bugs and red wasps. TO noisy, no parking, lazy maintnace

Not recommend Noise is a serious problem here, for this apartment. There are kids yelling all day long and office does not deal with that problem (office is always closed and does not provide a number to call for assistance). Office manager is often not available during her normal office hours.

HORRIBLE PLACE TO LIVE ROACHES EVERYWHERE SINCE THE BEGINNING FOR 3 MONTHS.
