I stayed here for six months prior to getting married, and, if the need arose, would absolutely do so again - and would recommend it to others. The manager then was a lady named Sally (I do not know if she is still there) and she was very nice. My apartment was on the 2nd floor and was 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath. The neighbors were nice, although there were some issues with street noise late at night - particularly, over-sensitive car alarms. The apartment itself was clean when I moved in, although there were a number of immediate maintenance issues. However, Lupe (the maintenance man) always took care of any issues promptly. I had one major issue with the plumbing leaking, but again, it was fixed immediately and the carpeting throughout was replaced as a result. Parking was not an issue. There was one assigned spot per apartment, but there was plenty of guest and on-street parking available.
