Lived here for about a year. Around the 7th or so month the property was sold and so we had a new landlord, I had no issues with the previous owner. The new management didn't deal with any of our issues when asked. And I'm not one to complain unless its something really serious. The previous landlord would spray regularly for pests but the new one just didn't care about that so we ended up having a horrible roach infestation. I mean they were everywhere!!! It was completely disgusting. Nothing was done about it. Our air conditioning wasn't working properly. He would come in and say it felt fine inside even though it was ridiculously hot. He'd look at the ac himself even tho he had no training or knowledge on how to fix an ac. The new landlord was very difficult to deal with so ultimately we moved out because they were unbearable living conditions. We wouldn't even be able to eat at home 'cause the roaches would appear almost immediately when any food was set down or anything. It was just gross. Luckily we had no lease. I feel for anyone that is stuck living here. We noticed a lot of people moving out once this guy came around.
