OK-But in a Bad neighborhood From: mcallenheat Date posted: 7/20/2004 Years at this apartment: 1998 - 2000   I moved out five years ago, mainly because of a real bad element across the street. This place is under new ownership and management--which I can't comment on. The parking lot was potholed, and maintenance was, at the time I lived here, awful. Management turnover was, then, continuous. But I may try it again-as the price is super! Overall-it is ok, provided you are tough-enough to put up with the druggies across the street.
