Old From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 10/28/2006 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006 1 response   Extremely energy inefficient air conditioning, we paid almost $1000 for two months this past summer(2006). Management is inept at best and somewhat unprofessional. Also alot of undesireable people starting moving in recently and now you'll see people partying and making noise late into the night. Want good advice' Look somewhere else to an apartment.
