I have been here right at a year and would say I made the right choice. I look out my windo and see a really beautiful golf course. Now every place has it's problems and this is no exception. Though alot of my complaint is with the residents for not cleaning up after their dogs. This is a HUGE problem because there are allot of large dogs here. But this is a problem with residents not the management.

I agree, but management can't be there watching every dog that goes out all day and all night. At some point, the dog owner has to take some responsability of their own. If their dog does his business on the ground, they need to be the one to clean it up. That is part of being a dog owner in this setting. I just wish some people would grow up and take responsability. By the way, management found a new way to STICK it to the residents!!! I went in to renew my lease and found out they added an addendum to the lease that EVERY resident has to pay $36.00 for cable even if you don't want it. The problem is they do not tell you until you go in and sign your new lease. This is a BAD way to do business!!!! When I moved in, cable was provided for free. Then a couple of months later they took the free away and brought in a provider THEY wanted on property. I really feel sorry for the people that that signed a contract for satellite and when they renew their lease find out they have to pay the $36.00 for something they will not use. And this is not the first fee they have added at THEIR convienience. They shoud pay for the ant and bug spraying they do, but no, they instead charge each resident a $5.00 per month fee for it. Again no choice, just add it on to the list of NO CHIOCE ITEMS!! I will no longer recommend this to anyone I know, and will also take every opportunity to tell anyone I see looking to move in about their policy. IT SUCKS!!!
