I don't even know where to begin with this review there are so many things that need to be said.... First off I don't recommend these apartments to anyone looking for anything nice, quiet, roomy or safe. #1) Trash is every where, and all the time, cups, food, beer cans, wrappers, ect. I'd seriously hate to see what they are paying the grounds keepers. What ever it is they're ripping the management off. #2) The noise is incredible. I lived on the second floor, sandwiched with an apartment over and below me and let me tell you it sounded like a circus was going on up above us at any time of the day or night. Even with calls to the police and complaining to the management did nothing, if anything it only made things worse. I seriously beleive that the floor is made out of one layer of plywood covered by carpet and no insulation. It was like living in a tree house. I could go on all day and night about this but I'm sure you all get the picture. #3) Loud, drunk, high, twenty something year olds running around everywhere skateboarding, selling dope, partying, at all times of the night. it seemd like it was nice and quiet during the day, I'm assuming because everyone was sleeping from being up all night the night before, once again including our neighbors above us. And I don't think anyone works around there becasue, #4) the parking lot was always full of broken down, oil leaking (if running at all) cars with little or no parking available at any time of the day or night. And if you try to be smart about it and get a garage, for an extra $65 a month, you'll be lucky if it works at all and or the remote opener opens other garages exposing your stored goods to the open complex hoodlems.... And last but not least, my all time favorite, #5) Gangs, yes gangs.... How we love them so... If your into that sort of stuff you'll fit right in with the gang members and hoolems that roam the complex and surroundings. All the while causing damage to the complex, items you may have outside of your door like a mat or pumpkin, or your vehicle to which they expecially like in the way of breaking the windows and scratching the hell out of it. In one night alone 3 wind shields were broken right in front of our apartment, thank God I had one of those broken down garages to store my truck in over night.... the only one good thing about Tuscany at Wilson Creek Apartments is that when you need the police they are there in less than 5 minutes, probably due to all of the BS that goes on on a daily/nightly basis. So if your a noisy, twenty something, gang memeber this is the place for you....Enjoy
