I think this place is great. My apartment is nice and was like brand new when I moved in last week. The parking is tight because of where my building is located and I think a lot of people have overnight company. But it's worth it because it's really quite and my neighbors are nice. I like the fitness center - it's small but the equipment is brand new. I would recommend living here.
