My fiance and I lived here a few months before getting married and moving out of state for family and work reasons. At first we were shown the model apartment which was a really nice one, and I kept asking whether this would be as similar as the apartment we would live in. I was told yes. Well, we got an apartment on the THIRD floor, because of the availability. We wanted a ground or 2nd floor but was told there were none available. We ended up paying an average of 250-300 a month on ELECTRICITY bills in the summer due to the LOUSY AC unit. We only could get it down to 80 something in the summer time and with the Texas sun blazing... you get the picture. Grounds are pretty well kept though... dog friendly... not much of a playground and the pool is very basic. It's good for low cost living, limited income, but if you have the $, don't waste it on this.
