I personally, am not happy with management, and neither are several of my neighbors.
Sure, the apartments may look nice, but I have put in service requests that remain to be unresolved 4 months later. There is water damage on most of the ceilings which means there is water damage where the wall and ceiling meet. Don't expect anything to be done about this.
Also, they did have everyone's water heater fixed (which takes up the space that is usually reserved for storage on your patio and is locked) but the guys who fixed it left black marks on the carpet which I'll have to figure out how to get out.
This is a gas and electric place, but you HAVE to have Atmos for gas since the apartments have a contract with Atmos.
Corporate is nice, but I'd rather not deal with the management who does nothing about bad neighbors stomping above others or lights that go out on the complex.
Parking is such a nightmare - guests park in the front row which takes up where residents SHOULD park - I pay my rent and should have a parking spot over someone who does not reside at the apartments.
When moving into this apartment, the toilets were covered in pee, the walls were dirty, the whole place was dirty and it had a nasty stentch. I told management about it and they so convenienty didn't know how that happened. This place is nasty and is in the ghetto - just look at the reviews from the apartments on each side of us. We even had several car break ins in one week and the management refuses to fix all of the lights or to do anything to help protect us. Save your money and go elsewhere.
